PRAGUE CZECHOSLOVAKIA

The aim of the Radio Prague Monitor Club is to promote interest in DX and SWL activity everywhere. Members of the Club will be awarded individual membership numbers, a membership card and a Club Certificate. Another award, the RADIO PRAGUE DX DIPLOMA will be available to Club members only for their achievement on the bands.

RADIO PRAGUE MONITOR CLUB CERTIFICATE

1. As the name implies, it is the chief duty of members to monitor Radio Prague programmes, and an applicant for membership should send in a certain number of reports in one calendar year (i.e. January 1st to December 31st) on reception of Radio Prague signals at their location.
a) Listeners in European countries and Great Britain must send in fifteen reports in the course of one calendar year.
b) Listeners from other continents must send in seven reports.

2. Each report must be for a programme heard on different day
(rebroadcasts of the same programme are counted as one report).

3. Report should be marked: ”For Monitor Club Membership" and should be numbered: one to fifteen or one to seven.

4. Reports should be sent in as soon as possible after reception of the programme, but group reports can be submitted as well.
A complete set of membership reports ( 7 or 15) can be sent altogather, but you can take the entire calendar year to accumulate the first 7 or 15 reports if your listening time is limited. In this case
the reports should be sent individually as soon as you have heard our programme.

7. All members are expected to send in regular reports each month as often as conditions permit. A supply of reception reports is available and will be sent on request.

8. Information to be included in a reception report:
a) Date of programme heard.
b) Tins of programme heard. Note: you may use your local time or GMT - if you use GMT be sure to indicate the appropriate date. But please note whether used GMT(Greenwich Mean Time), BST (British Standard Time), EST (Eastern Standard Time), etc.
c) Frequency or wavelenght on which the programme was heard.
d) A short summary of what you heard on the programme (News, Commentary, Feature - e.g. Science and Technology, Mailbag, Listeners Club etc.). Word and word reporting is not necessary.
e) Reception: conditions. You nay use the SINP0 or SI0 code:
S - Signal Strength
I - Interference

Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem!
Behold, thy King cometh unto thee; He is the righteous Saviour, and He shall speak peace unto the heathen.
